British Black Jack is operated by Alexander McNally, trading as McNally Creations, a sole trader in the United Kingdom. Business correspondence is handled by email. A physical correspondence address will be provided where legally required.

Information We Process
- Account information, including email address, Firebase user identifier, authentication provider and email-verification status.
- Profile information, including display name, avatar selection or uploaded avatar, and public profile information.
- Online game information, including rooms, player membership, readiness, public matchmaking, match state, results and online statistics.
- Security and integrity information used by Firebase Authentication and Firebase App Check, including app and device attestation results.
- Advertising and consent information processed through Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform, including consent choices and advertising-related device information where permitted.
- Support information voluntarily supplied by email or through the McNally Creations contact form.
How We Use Information
- Create and secure player accounts.
- Operate profiles, multiplayer rooms, public matchmaking, game synchronisation, statistics and leaderboards.
- Prevent abuse, protect service integrity and diagnose genuine service failures.
- Respond to support, privacy and account-deletion requests.
- Display interstitial advertising only after a completed match or voluntary table exit, never during gameplay.
- Meet legal, safety and Google Play requirements.
Services and Providers
British Black Jack uses Google Firebase services, including Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions and App Check. Firebase processes information needed to provide accounts, profiles, online play, trusted operations and service security.
The app uses Google AdMob for interstitial advertising and Google User Messaging Platform for consent choices. Advertising is shown only after completed matches or voluntary exits. No advert is shown during gameplay.
Firebase Analytics is not used in Version 1.0. McNally Creations will update this policy before enabling any additional analytics service.
Advertising and Players Aged 13 to 17
Version 1.0 is intended for players aged 13 and over. Advertising and consent handling follow applicable Google Play policies, Google UMP consent choices and the UK Children's Code.
McNally Creations does not add application-specific behavioural advertising for players aged 13 to 17. Where consent or policy does not permit an advertising request, the app continues without showing an advert.
Lawful Use and Sharing
Information is processed where needed to provide the service requested by the player, protect the legitimate security and operation of the service, comply with legal obligations, or act on a valid consent choice where consent is required.
Information is shared with service providers only where needed for the purposes described above. Google may process information in countries outside the United Kingdom under its applicable contractual and transfer safeguards.
Retention
Account and service information is retained while an account is active and for as long as reasonably needed to operate, secure and document the service. Short-lived rooms, reservations and coordination records expire or are removed according to the multiplayer lifecycle.
Support and privacy correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry, maintain necessary records and meet legal obligations. Information may be retained where required for fraud prevention, dispute handling, accounting or another legal obligation.
Account Deletion
Players can begin deletion from the Account section of the Profile page. A deletion request can also be made by emailing privacy@mcnallycreations.co.uk. McNally Creations targets completion within seven days after any necessary identity verification.

Your Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal information, and to receive information about how it is used. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
Send rights requests to privacy@mcnallycreations.co.uk. McNally Creations may need to verify that the requester controls the relevant account before acting.
Security and Changes
McNally Creations uses access controls, Firebase Security Rules, trusted Cloud Functions, App Check and release signing to help protect the service. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
This policy may be updated when the application, providers or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
