Report a Bug
Send bug reports to support@mcnallycreations.co.uk with reproduction steps, the expected result and the actual result. Screenshots may be attached if they do not reveal another person's private information.
For crashes or multiplayer problems, include the approximate date and time and whether the problem occurred in Offline AI, a Private Table or a Public Table.
Account Help
Use the in-app account options for profile changes, signing out and account deletion. If you cannot access the app or your account, email support@mcnallycreations.co.uk from the address associated with the account where possible.
Account-deletion instructions are available on the British Black Jack Account Deletion page. Support will never ask for your password.
Multiplayer Help
For Private Tables, verify the room code and ask the host to confirm that the room remains open. For Public Tables, cancel and retry Quick Match if a table became unavailable.
A stable internet connection is required for online play. If a host leaves a waiting Public Table, the remaining players are returned safely and may start a new search.
