About These Terms
These Terms apply to British Black Jack Version 1.0 and are provided by Alexander McNally, trading as McNally Creations, a sole trader in the United Kingdom. By creating an account or using the game, you agree to these Terms and the British Black Jack Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
British Black Jack is intended for people aged 13 and over. If local law requires permission from a parent or guardian, you must obtain that permission before using the service.
The Game
British Black Jack is a shedding-style card game. It is not casino blackjack, does not provide real-money gambling and does not allow players to wager money or items of value.
The game provides Offline AI, Private Tables and Public Tables. Online features require a compatible device, internet connection and access to the supporting services.
Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your sign-in credentials and activity performed through your account. Do not share passwords or authentication codes.
Display names and avatars must not be unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing or used to impersonate another person.
Acceptable Use
- Do not cheat, exploit defects, automate play or interfere with fair matchmaking.
- Do not attempt to access another player's account or private information.
- Do not disrupt, reverse engineer, overload or bypass security protecting the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or infringing activity.
Advertising
Version 1.0 is advertising-supported. Interstitial adverts may be shown after a completed match or when a player voluntarily exits a table. Advertising is never shown during gameplay.
Advertising and consent choices are handled through Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform in accordance with applicable policy and consent requirements.
Availability and Updates
McNally Creations may maintain, update, suspend or withdraw parts of the service where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, technical operation or product support. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
Updates may be required to continue using online features. Planned post-launch ideas are not promises that a particular feature will be released.
Intellectual Property
British Black Jack software, artwork, branding, audio, text and other original materials are owned by or licensed to McNally Creations. These Terms grant a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the game for lawful personal entertainment.
Suspension and Termination
Access may be restricted or terminated where reasonably necessary to protect players, enforce these Terms, comply with law, address fraud or abuse, or protect the service. Players may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.
Responsibility and Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. McNally Creations is not responsible for failures caused by unsupported devices, third-party networks or events outside reasonable control, except where the law requires otherwise.
